Q: How long does it normally take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 working days, and should arrive from 7 to 20 days depending on local postal services of the receiving country.
Q: Who should I contact with questions concerning warranty?
A: Contact us directly with questions concerning warranty. If you contact customer service, please specify the product name, online item number and transaction number in your e-mail.
Q: Does PDair offer extended warranties for any products?
A: We currently do not offer or extend product warranties for any products.
Q: How often is the stock updated on PDair?
A: We are constantly adding to our expansive collection of products. By regularly updating our product lines we are able to supply you with most current trends and new model releases.
Q: Is international shipping available? To what international destinations do you ship?
A: We currently ship to all international addresses.
Q: Is free shipping offered for my country?
A: We provide Free Shipping Worldwide.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We currently accept most major credit cards (via PayPal) / cheque.
Q: How do I know when my order has been received?
A: PayPal will issue a Receipt for Your Payment to PDair once your payment is confirmed.
Q: How do I know when my order has been shipped?
A: For shipping status, please contact us via enquiry@pdair.com stating your order number.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: After you have clicked "Pay", your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer service. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Q: Can you ship to my office or another residential address even if it is different than my billing address?
A: Please contact us via enquiry@pdair.com stating your order ID and provide us with your preferred shipping address.
Q: Are the product images on your site photographs of the actual merchandise?
A: YES! All of the product images shown on PDair.com are images of actual merchandise.
Q: During the order and shipment process, when is my credit card billed?
A: Your credit card is billed when your order is received.
Q: When can I expect to receive status updates of the item I sent to PDair for exchange/repair/refund?
A: We will notify you of the status of your query by e-mail once your returned items have arrived.
Q: Can I exchange a product I purchased on PDair?
A: You can exchange an item as long as the original purchase and meets all of the return criteria. However, a replacement is not reshipped before the original item is received for inspection. Please make sure that shipment is registered and insured via a reputable courier.
Q: May I return a product that was special ordered or customized?
A: Products that was special ordered or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
Q: Is there a preferred method by which I should return an item to PDair?
A: It’s better to ship your product via some sort of insured postage since we cannot be held responsible if your parcel goes missing. Please return the product to the address listed at the top of the invoice.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: At PDair, we pride ourselves in our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return any item(s) purchased from PDair.com for any reason within the first 30 days from the date of shipment. We will gladly exchange your product (equal or lesser value), or provide a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer.
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to us.
PDair is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments. The customer is responsible for the costs to ship the product back to PDair. We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.
Customized Orders:
Unfortunately, custom products and products that have been personalized are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Reseller (Retail) Purchases: PDair cannot accept returns or offer refund for any reason for purchased through a reseller or distributor. Products not purchased through PDair.com are to be returned to the original reseller for refunds.
Special Note's on International Orders:
- Orders returned to PDair due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
- Orders refused by the recipient for any reason and/or returned to PDair for nonpayment of Customs Duties and Taxes are non-refundable.
How to Return a PDair.com Order:
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased at PDair, please contact our customer service team enquiry@pdair.com stating your order number and reason for returns or exchanges. The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
PDair is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments. The customer is responsible for the costs to ship the product back to PDair. We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.
PDair will, at its discretion, replace the unit and ship it to you with postage paid. Only after the item has been received by PDair the returned product will be credited excluding the shipping fees. Exchange orders are processed once the original order item is received by PDair.
The returned or exchanged product must be returned to PDair within 30 days of replacement shipment for agreement to be applied.
If your product is received damaged or is defective, please contact our customer service team, and we will be glad to help you file a warranty claim.
Warranty Policy
PDair offers a 12 Months Limited Warranty on all products sold.
All PDair products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have result from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. PDair will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.
Product replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to PDair to receive an additional replacement.
Reseller Purchases: If you purchased the item(s) from an authorized reseller or distributor and the product is defective, please return the product to the reseller for an exchange or refund. If you are unable to obtain an exchange, you may contact our customer service team for instructions on filing a warranty claim.
*Important note: The PDair warranty does not apply to items purchased from merchants that are not authorized resellers or distributors of PDair products.
Secure Shopping
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.
We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with PDair. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with PDair, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Paypal is a well-known online payment service provider. It also accepts most credit card payments. Please note that you need to be a Paypal member to make a payment. It usually takes 4 working days to become a member. Paypal securely processes our Credit Card transactions.
Shipping
Same Day Shipping
All purchases are usually posted on the day of payment receipt (Monday to Thursday). Please allow up to 5 days in case the items are on backorder.
Shipping time quoted below is an approximate (though usually accurate) and delivery may take longer due to local customs clearance procedures from both the departing country and the receiving country. Please note that these delivery times commence on the day on which products are dispatched and NOT the day on which your order was placed.
If you have supplied a valid email address, an email notification will be sent when goods are dispatched.
