What Information does PDair Collect? collects personal data from visitors to the website where payment is made via PayPal and Braintree (Credit Card and Debit Card) for order fulfillment purposes, including e-mail address, shipping addresses and telephone numbers. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: At PDair, we pride ourselves in our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return any item(s) purchased from for any reason within the first 30 days from the date of shipment. We will gladly exchange your product (equal or lesser value), or provide a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer. The refund may encounter a 1.5% to 2.5% fee when you payment is made by credit cart.This fee is charged by the card issuing bank.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to us.

PDair is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments.  The customer is responsible for the costs to ship the product back to PDair.  We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.

Customized Orders:
Unfortunately, custom products and products that have been personalized are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Although we carry the classic black cases in stock for immediate delivery, you can always go to the customizer to create your own stylish premium leather case if you are looking for additional colors, patterns and types.

Reseller (Retail) Purchases: PDair cannot accept returns or offer refund for any reason for purchased through a reseller or distributor. Products not purchased through are to be returned to the original reseller for refunds.

Special Note's on International Orders:

Orders returned to PDair due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable.  Additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
Orders refused by the recipient for any reason and/or returned to PDair for nonpayment of Customs Duties and Taxes are non-refundable.

How to Return a Order:

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased at PDair, please contact our customer service team [email protected] stating your order number and reason for returns or exchanges. The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.

PDair is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments.  The customer is responsible for the costs to ship the product back to PDair.  We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.

PDair will, at its discretion, replace the unit and ship it to you with postage paid. Only after the item has been received by PDair the returned product will be credited excluding the shipping fees. Exchange orders are processed once the original order item is received by PDair.

The returned or exchanged product must be returned to PDair within 30 days of replacement shipment for agreement to be applied.

If your product is received damaged or is defective, please contact our customer service team, and we will be glad to help you file a warranty claim.

Warranty Policy

PDair offers a 12 Months Limited Warranty on all products sold.

All PDair products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have result from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. PDair will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.

Product replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to PDair to receive an additional replacement.

Reseller Purchases: If you purchased the item(s) from an authorized reseller or distributor and the product is defective, please return the product to the reseller for an exchange or refund.  If you are unable to obtain an exchange, you may contact our customer service team for instructions on filing a warranty claim.

*Important note: The PDair warranty does not apply to items purchased from merchants that are not authorized resellers or distributors of PDair products.

Secure Shopping

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.
We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with PDair. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with PDair, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Payment Options

PDair accepts PayPal payments directly and accept the credit card and debit cart payments via Braintree.

Paypal is a well-known online payment service provider. Braintree is also a securely online payment service provide under PayPal company. They accepts most credit card payments worldwidely. You can pay directly by you credit card and debit card via Braintree or directly pay the order via PayPal. .


Same Day Processing

All purchases are usually posted on the day of payment receipt (Monday to Thursday). Please allow up to 5 days in case the items are on backorder.

Shipping time quoted below is an approximate (though usually accurate) and delivery may take longer due to local customs clearance procedures from both the departing country and the receiving country. Please note that these delivery times commence on the day on which products are dispatched and NOT the day on which your order was placed.

If you have supplied a valid email address, an email notification will be sent when goods are dispatched.

We apply e-express delivery service for following countries: USA, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Norway, China, Hong Kong, Russian Federation, Singapore, Vietnam.The delivery time takes 3-8 Working Days.
